Kaiyu is very experienced and she doesn't push you to make decision. She showed me tons of homes and gave me detailed pros and cons for these homes. When I decided to buy a new home from glassbay, Kaiyu represented me in the sale event and helped me lock the home that I wanted to buy while I was skiing in Canada. After buying the home, she helped me find the loan agent which I was able to lock with a really low rate. She also gave me lots of suggestions around remodel ideas.
