Kaiyu is a real professional realtor who impressed me a lot. I’ll definitely keep working with her if I purchase my next home in the next few years or selling my home in future. First she helped me getting a very good deal saving me lots of cash. She has the negotiation skills to get to the good deal. She is very knowledgeable about real estate market and the whole process of purchasing a new home, more than that she is able to provide me advice on topics such as house structure defects, how to deal with different agents during the purchase and how to remodel. Her experience makes her a encyclopedia and I tend to ask her all kinds of questions and she was able to respond my questions even at late night. After closing, she keeps following up on all my questions in time. I really liked working with Kaiyu during the whole process purchasing my new home and I hope that I have a chance to work with her again in future. Business is one time thing, while friendship is for the whole life. Kaiyu believes in this and I share the same thought with her.
