Kaiyu has offered great help and insightful advice when I was house hunting. She has a lot of experience in this area and was always able to pinpoint the crucial parts when inspecting different houses. She’s also well familiarized the entire process in and out. She was unbiased and objective and always think from my perspective as well. She didn’t push me to make any decision but rather respected my opinions fully instead.
