Kaiyu is one of the hardest working and effective real estate professionals we’ve ever worked with. Kaiyu advised us about financing and helped us negotiate the purchase of our new home in Pacifica, CA. Kaiyu is diligent, straight forward, and honest. She’s not afraid to talk you down from the emotional roller coaster that real estate process sometimes is. She hand-held us through finding the right home at the right price. Kaiyu thoughtfully advised us to pull out of a bidding war that was squirrely and starting to smell very fishy. Thanks to her, we were saved from a losing proposition. Then, just a few weeks later, the perfect home came on the market and we struck that iron for all it was worth. Kaiyu deftly negotiated the purchase offer and it was accepted the same day! Our goal was to find a home that needed a little TLC but that was on a lot that fit our vehicular needs. The house was far from her office, but she trekked up to Pacifica to open up the home over half a dozen times so that we can get inspectors, designers, and contractors in to talk about our vision for the house. She even referred a few trade-persons out of her network to help us get started. Throughout the entire home search and purchase, Kaiyu was in touch either via phone or e-mail. We never felt out of the loop or lacking information. We can’t thank Kaiyu enough for all she’s done!
