My agent Kaiyu helped me find my first house in less than a month! She’s very kind, patience and professional answers every questions i had in details. She started checking out open houses with me back when i dont even have my pre approval ready (was just browsing around to get a sense of the market ), and we went to all the open houses in person after i got my pre approval letter, on both weekdays and weekends. She’s very knowledgeable and have worked with most of the seller agents on the houses we went, which really are crucial during decision making time. She also provided lots suggestions on house remodeling and decoration, would definitely refer her to any of my friend who’s looking for a place!!!
