Kaiyu is the best agent to work with. For first-time house buyers like us, it could be really nervous to be in the market, and a lot of new stuff needs to be learned and understood carefully. Kaiyu provided an excellent experience with us for house buying, loan application, and final closing. She was always helping us immediately when we had questions for house, loan, remodeling, etc. For our case, she helped us to get the house with better price than asked, even the seller got multiple competing offers besides ours. Not to mention that she got a great reputation at the area, and introduced good connections with us for loan application, remodeling contractors, etc. We would definitely work with Kaiyu again in the future!
