We’ve had a very pleasant house buying experience with Kaiyu. Throughout the process we’ve found her very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. It’s not just about buying some house. Kaiyu spent time educating us about various aspects of house hunting, and helped us find THE house that we love. Two things impressed me a lot: 1) Kaiyu’s excellent skills on negotiation; 2) Kaiyu prepared us well before making an offer that has put us in an advantageous position.
