Kaiyu is a great agent. We get to know her by several times meeting and phone communication. She provides us suggestions even we are not finalizing to work with her. She has great personality and always ready to answer our questions. Kaiyu won’t do strong persuading. Instead, she would like to hear our concern and our preference, share her knowledge and guide us to make rational decision. She got great information sharing system, not only full and accurate education for first time home buyers, but also a list of handy-man and cleaning agent. We enjoyed the purchase experience all the way to our move in and decorate our new home.
